In this case, the customer may choose to exchange the purchased product for another product produced by Male Health Solutions Natural of equal or greater value, paying the difference, or for a full refund of the product value, excluding the shipping cost.

If the product received differs from what was ordered and you notice this at the time of delivery, we recommend refusing delivery with proper justification written on the back of the invoice or delivery receipt explaining the problem. After that, contact our support via WhatsApp or email at [email protected], Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM for proper handling. If the discrepancy is noticed after receiving the package, contact our support within the 7-day exchange period and inform the difference between the product you ordered and the product received. Also provide the product label data.
It's important to check the packaging and product(s) when receiving your order, as this helps our team ensure everything is as you ordered. If you receive a package with damaged packaging or defective product at the time of delivery, we recommend refusing delivery with proper justification written on the back of the invoice or delivery receipt. If the problem is noticed after receiving the package, exchange or cancellation may be processed provided it's within 7 calendar days from receiving your order.
All returned products undergo quality control analysis by Male Health Solutions Natural when they arrive at our Distribution Center, which may take up to five business days. The desired replacement product and/or refund will only be released after quality control approval. If any discrepancy or product violation is identified, we will not accept the return and will return the product to the sender without prior notice, with the consumer being solely responsible for shipping costs.
If the exchange or return procedure is approved, Male Health Solutions Natural support will provide a postage authorization code or available pickup according to location, with proper shipping instructions.
After receiving the postage code, the consumer must send the product within 7 calendar days, otherwise the return request will be canceled.
Shipping costs will only be reimbursed in cases of purchase regret returns (within the deadline) and exchanges for defective products, if and only if all conditions of this policy are cumulatively met. Shipping costs resulting from exchanges for dissatisfaction with non-defective products will not be refunded.
Consumers will automatically lose the right to return due to dissatisfaction with results in cases of fraud through obtaining benefits/advantages unlawfully or by non-compliance with any of the conditions of this Policy. For purposes of this item, fraud is considered to be returns through registration of incorrect or false information; returns by ineligible persons according to established criteria; returns contrary to good customs, ethics and morals; returns that have been made through robotic, automatic, repetitive, programmed or similar methods.
Purchase of the product implies automatic acceptance of all provisions of this Policy.
